When May I Expect Delivery?

We will contact you within 48 hours after we receive the merchandise into our warehouse to schedule your delivery. Nationwide deliveries are made within 1 to 2 weeks. In most areas, we deliver weekly.

Who Will Call Me To Schedule The Delivery?

A Ukay Delivery Service representative will contact you. If you do not hear from us, it is possible that we have not picked up your furniture or that we do not have a correct phone number and address. To view your phone number and address please go to Trace Shipment

What Time Frames Are Available For A Delivery?

We will arrange a 4-hour time window for your delivery. For example, a 4-hour time window can be between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending upon the delivery route. Our scheduling department will give you the time window when your delivery is scheduled and confirmed. We will try to accommodate your request for a special time frame.

Does Ukay Make Any Evening Deliveries?

All deliveries are scheduled in a four hour time frame (between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM )

When Do I Pay For Delivery And/Or Complete Order?

We use a billing method for most of our deliveries. If you do not have an account with us, you may call our toll free number 1-800-381-4266 to discuss payment methods and/or set up an account. We accept all major credit cards.

Will Drivers Remove Any Wrapping From Furniture?

Yes, our drivers will remove any wrapping from the furniture.

Is My Furniture Inspected Before It Is Delivered?

Yes, every piece of non-boxed, non-packaged furniture is carefully inspected prior to delivery. Packaged or boxed items are delivered in original packaging unless instructed otherwise.

Is The Furniture Set Up In My Home?

Yes, your new furniture will be set up in the room you request. Our drivers are not permitted to move and/or handle stereos, televisions or any other electronic devices. They also cannot hang any pictures, mirrors, shelving, etc. on any walls.

Will The Drivers Move My Existing Furniture?

Our drivers will assist you in moving your existing furniture to another room on the same floor.

Will The Drivers Make An Effort To Fit Furniture Into House And/Or Room?

A reasonable effort will be made to fit the furniture into the house and/or room. It is advisable for customers to take all pertinent measurements to ensure that furniture will fit into the house and/or room before purchasing an item.

What Do I Do If I Am Not Completely Satisfied With Delivered Furniture?

Will The Drivers Attach My Own Bed Frame To New Headboard Or Footboard?

Yes, our drivers will assemble your bed if it is compatible to the new headboard or footboard.

What Is a Direct Delivery?

We are a local and nationwide direct delivery service. When the truck is loaded, the driver will go to your home, in any part of the 48 States, without changing hands with another carrier.

Do You Always Have Two Men On Your Trucks?

Yes, we always have 2 men on all deliveries.
